Full on trampoline training is in progress on this rainy gloomy day. Dryland training is not a normal activity, typically we head up and do all our training in the back country, but with front and back flips in the repertoire it’s necessary to perfect the trade!!
NFL Red Zone & Kayaking Sunday
To fully contradict yesterday we participated in a Full fledged Day of Nothingness. Though we managed to throw in a 40 minute surf session on the G-wave!
